Welcome to Jobberhub ("we," "us," "our," or "Jobberhub"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website jobberhub.in (the "Site") and the tools, resources, and services (collectively, the "Services") offered through the Site.

By accessing or using our Site and Services, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein by reference). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our Site or Services.

• "Site" refers to the Jobberhub website located at jobberhub.in.
• "Services" refers to all tools, applications, content, information, and features provided by Jobberhub through the Site.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Site or Services, including HR professionals, job seekers, and working professionals.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the Services.
• "User Content" means any Content that Users (including you) provide to be made available through the Services (if applicable).

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

If you create an account on Jobberhub (if applicable), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Our Services

Permitted Use: Jobberhub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial, or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Tools Usage: The tools provided on Jobberhub are designed to assist HR professionals, job seekers, and working professionals. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, these tools are provided as-is. (Please refer to our separate Disclaimer for more details on tool usage and limitations).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Site or Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violating or encouraging others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• Posting, uploading, or distributing any User Content or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Interfering with security-related features of the Site or Services.
• Interfering with the operation of the Site or Services or any user’s enjoyment of them, including by uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code, making unsolicited offers or advertisements to other users, or attempting to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent.
• Accessing, monitoring, or copying any Content or information from the Site or Services using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Performing any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity, claiming false affiliations, accessing the accounts of others without permission, or falsifying your identity or any information about you.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Site or any part of the Services.

The Jobberhub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Jobberhub or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Jobberhub.

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you grant Jobberhub a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

6. User Content (If Applicable)

If our Site allows you to post User Content, you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by providing User Content to us, you grant Jobberhub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process User Content you provide through our Services, without any further consent, notice, and/or compensation to you or others.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish User Content you submit.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

JOBBERHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WHILE WE TAKE PROPER CARE AND DO RESEARCH TO BUILD OUR TOOLS, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR CLAIM 100% ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE TOOLS OR ANY INFORMATION OR OUTPUT GENERATED BY THEM. USERS MUST USE THESE TOOLS WITH CAUTION AND SHOULD NOT SOLELY RELY ON THE RESULTS. USERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CONDUCT THEIR OWN RESEARCH AND SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADVICE WHERE APPROPRIATE. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jobberhub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content (if applicable), any use of the Site's Content, Services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jobberhub. Jobberhub has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Jobberhub shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site and Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of India. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. No waiver by Jobberhub of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Jobberhub to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
