Roles and Responsibilities

Ability to process customer requests, identify problems and provide solutions

Maintain the HBF MIS Tracker on a daily basis

Handling Pre and post booking client’s inquiries on home loans
-
Collecting the source of income document from customers within TAT
-
Financial calculation (Loan eligibility on assessing the all possible source of income of the customer, including EMI Repayment Capacity
-
Verification and Authentication for Pre-sanction and post-disbursal. Updating sanctioned customer details in the system
-
Managing CIBIL Check and minimum parameters to login in the case. Responsible for customer payment within TAT.
Required Skills
Minimum 2-5 Years of relevant Experience in the below fields is required:

Mortgage
-
Loan against Property – LAP
-
Home loans in the Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) or Financial institution.
You must have Good communication skills in English.
A two-wheeler licence – Bike is Mandatory.
Must be an immediate joiner.
