Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Have a minimum of 2yrs and a maximum of 5yrs of experience in the relevant field.
Qualification: You must have a minimum graduation degree to apply for this role.
Previous Industry Experience: Candidates having previous experience in Banking, Real Estate, or Telecom industry are welcome to apply.
Previous Functional Area: Candidates who have a background in Tele Sales are welcome to apply for this position.
Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Prior Personal banking experience or experience in sales and customer service is a plus.

Ability to process customer requests, identify problems and provide solutions.

Need to maintain customer details and daily reports in excel.

Should have collection experience.

Need to follow up with the customers for collecting a 10% initial payment.

Good communication in English.
