Mindseye Solutions under the brand name of Lissun is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager for the Delhi location. 

Someone who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Business Development field and selling healthcare products to doctors, hospitals and healthcare professionals is welcome.

Previous Functional Area: People who have worked in Account Management and Business Development roles are preferred. 

Customer Handling Experience: Anyone who has experience in Business to Business (B2B) selling can apply for this role. 

Job Description: Assistant Manager – Business Development.

We are looking for a persuasive Business Development/Sales person to promote and sell company solutions to major clients such as doctors, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build a strong network with a range of professionals including but not limited to doctors, clinical specialists, psychiatrists as well as hospitals.

2. Analyse market trends and conditions to understand where opportunities for networking and business-building may arise.

3. Attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

4. Reach out to doctors and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.

5. Researching competitors’ offerings and their respective market performances.

6. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients taking care of terms of the agreement and post-contract formalities.

7. Preparing presentations for potential customers.

8. Maintaining detailed records and reviewing sales performance.

9. Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Skills Required:

1. Proficient in using computer tools (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

2. Practical Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Time Management, and Strong Networking Skills
