About Xergy Business Excellence Pvt Ltd [XBE] (the parent company)

XBE started as an E-commerce company in June 2017 which was known as Freshei. Then we moved to Consulting, Training & Certification in June 2018. Eligibility Criteria

Experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Edtech industry and similar roles. 

Age Criteria: You must be a person who has a minimum age of 20 years and not exceeding 30 years. 

Qualification: You must possess a minimum graduation degree to apply for this role. 

Previous Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in the Edtech sector will be preferred. 

Previous Functional Area: Someone who has experience in Account Management or Field Sales or Lead Generation is preferred. 

Customer Handling Experience: A person who has experience in the B2B (Business to Business) operations are welcome. 

General Role 

The role of the Sales Leader (Sales Manager) is to shape the sales of Skoolz’s business and scale revenue to the next level. Additionally, the Sales Leader will be responsible for architecting key growth sales strategies, activities, tactics & action plans.

  1. Good, connected with schools in Bengaluru, and have a proven track of selling to schools, especially EdTech products.

  2. Willing to meet school leaders at their premises and close the deal with schools for premium services offered.

  3. Proven track record in sales with solid networking relationships and management skills.

  4. Attitude and Zeal to work in a startup environment with speed.

  5. Natural persona to fail fast, learn from it, and move on.

  6. Self-organised, proactive & decision-maker in doing what is correct at the right time without waiting for instructions.

  7. Proven expertise in software sales, especially in the EdTech space.

  8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  9. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  10. Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop adequate sales collateral.

  11. Participate in events and build a strong network of customers.

  12. Identify talents, train and help the team succeed by achieving the sales target.

  13. Lead the team by being an example in driving sales.
