Eligibility Criteria

Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field to apply for this role.
Qualification: You must possess a minimum of a graduation degree to apply for this role.
Age Limit: You must be someone between 25-32 years old.
Previous Industry Experience: A person who has experience in the automobile field is highly appreciated. Candidates with experience in other industries like E-commerce or FMCG are welcome to apply.
Previous Functional Area: You must have experience in the Channel Sales or Field Sales domain.
Customer Handling Experience: You must have experience in the B2C Business to Customer sector.
Roles and Responsibilities

Generating automobile spare part requirements from Garages. (through calls and field visits)

B2C Direct Sales.

Deal closing ability right from lead generation to getting business out of the customer.

Must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and incentive + variable payments.

Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Executing business strategy and concepts for overall growth.
Skills Required

Knowledge and experience in product sales and field sales are a must.

Experience must be in Part Sales/ Retail Channel Sales/ Garage Sales.

Must be able to achieve monthly value-based targets.

Follow up on potential Leads.

Must be willing to travel 5 days a week.

Convincing Skills, Confidence and good communication.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age Limit: Minimum 25 years to maximum 31 years.
