Roles and Responsibilities.

Tech Mahindra is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join their team in Pune as a Customer Support representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO.

 

  • Education: UG or any Graduation degree is required for this role.

 

  • Skills: The ideal candidate must have experience in a BPO environment, have excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable in an international call centre. They should also have a good understanding of computer and internet technology and knowledge of billing. The role requires the ability to work in US shifts.

 

  • Work Environment: This is a full-time, in-office position with a 5-day work week and a split week off.

 

Compensation Package:

  • 12 to 17 months of experience: INR 400,000 per annum (INR 25,000 during training and INR 28,000 on the production floor).

  • Over 18 months of experience: INR 450,000 per annum (INR 28,500 during training and INR 31,500 on the production floor)

 

Loyalty Bonus: Tech Mahindra offers a 10,000 INR loyalty bonus for Verizon agents after 6 and 12 months of employment, adding up to a 20,000 INR annual bonus paid in two parts (10,000 INR + 10,000 INR).
